Location & Directions
Camp Gideon is a 188 acre tract of land owned by Evangelical Friends
Church-Eastern Region and has grown to become a first-rate Christian
camp, conference, and retreat center. Found outside of Carrollton, Camp
Gideon is nestled deep in the rolling hills, thick forests, flowing
streams and striking sunsets of the Ohio Valley. Camp Gideon was
founded to glorify Jesus Christ and provide opportunities for people to
restore meaningful and purpose-filled relationships with God, self,
others, and creation. Five buildings and a heated pool have been built
for housing, dining, conference, and recreational activities. Our
vision is to provide a fun, exciting, and biblical environment where
each camper is valued and loved and will be challenged to seek a
growing, lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ.
